Goodbye ...?
How many times in a day do you say goodbye to someone?
One, two, ten. Doesn't really matter because everyone says it.
But what are you really saying?
The thought doesn't really go into the words unless you won't ever see that person again; then you think, I should have said this or I should have said that. Never goodbye.
Who didn't you get to say goodbye to?
As I typed up Robert's poetry for this blog, I reflected upon this many times. Did we get to say goodbye? No. But maybe that was the point. Robert didn't want to say goodbye. That is evident in his poetry. He wanted to live, as we all do. Even though he went through the darkest of moments, there is hope shining in his words. Hope for the earth and its people, hope for the children, hope for the animals, hope for himself.
It is my hope that as his poems are read around the world, that they help someone. Just one person. That one person is important. You are important. That is what Robert wanted to convey. If you were able to read this whole blog from beginning to end, you will see that.
So ... even though we are at the end of this blog. The poetry will live on and on. Somewhere someone will stumble upon this blog and receive something from it. A gift. A gift from Robert. A gentle caring soul who left us too soon who lets us believe "this is not goodbye, it is until we meet again"!!!

Always
The definition of "always" according to Webster and his dictionary is: at all times, continually.
Any decent thesaurus will list the word "eternally" as a synonym to "always".
We could say, if the law of words allow us, that "always" and "eternally" are identical twins ... having the exact same meaning.
So what exactly does this world or these words mean?
The daisies grow in the beginning of a summer season
Winter comes while two people fall in love
Winter kills the daisies while one person leaves
without a reason
Always?
